Monarch Community Garden

Monarch is an incredible organization which provides support to thousands of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental illness and substance abuse challenges.  In 2013 they initiated a project to use community gardens for the benefit of the people they serve.  Graceful Roots was engaged to design the Monarch Garden in Albemarle, North Carolina.  Utilizing raised beds for sensory and pollinator plants, the garden is an educational tool which helps promote the Monarch mission.
